Hi Katie! Good luck on Monday - hopefully your bus out of Pana leaves as scheduled. If that happens, it may be possible to make it to Lanquin in one day, but to be honest, it will be looong day! We would highly recommend adding the overnight in Antigua. Enjoy Semuc, and feel free to stay in touch. We are currently in Santiago, having made our way down through Central America to Panama and over the water into Colombia and on through Peru into Chile. ¡Buen viaje!

We are attempting to make this same journey on Monday! Currently debating about staying in Antigua or Coban for a night to break up the journey or just going for a full day straight from Pana to Lanquin. Your post helped for what to expect! Thanks!
