Richard is an electrical engineer with an IT background; Bev is a marketing executive with an MBA. We’re very fortunate to have lived in gorgeous Vancouver, BC, Canada for the past 16 years. Although we love Vancouver, we’ve heard a compelling inner voice talking of long-term travel for many years. We finally decided to take that voice’s advice. In early November 2013 we embarked on an epic round-the-world adventure that started in Belize, Central America.

We created www.eatrunsee.com to capture the sights, sounds and surprises of our travels with a special focus on eating a plant-based diet; road and trail running; and seeing and experiencing the world.
